Connie Kang

Connie joined MCP in 2025 as an Analyst. She has more than 2 years of experience in infrastructure, private equity, and real assets investment. Connie’s expertise spans direct investments, co-investments, and private investments in public equity (PIPE) across various sub-sectors, including renewable energies, utilities, transportation and infrastructure service.

Prior to joining MCP, she worked at GIC in Singapore, where she focused on infrastructure investment in Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Before that, Connie was a junior investment professional at Partners Group in London, where she was involved in minorities, primaries and secondaries opportunities in infrastructure. Her career started in London with Morgan Stanley, where she worked as a summer analyst in the investment management department. 

Connie holds a BSc in Economics from University College London (UCL), and a Master in Management from INSEAD (France & Singapore).
