2023 Annual Compliance Statement

In conformity with the provisions of Article 3.4.1 (‘Annual compliance statement’) of the QFCRA’s Governance & Controlled Functions Rules 2020 (as amended) (“CTRL”), we hereby state that Maha Capital Partners LLC (the “Company”) was in compliance with the applicable requirements of Chapter 3 of CTRL for the year ending on 31 December 2023.
