Mariam Khayi joined MCP in 2026 as Executive Assistant, offering top-level and active support to the Senior Management Team.

Mariam has more than 10 years of experience in supporting senior executives and high-profile individuals within fast-paced, international environments across the USA and Europe.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles at AXA, Taddeo, and Blackstone, developing strong expertise in executive support, office management, and the coordination of high-level events.

Mariam holds a Bachelor’s degree from the EFAP International School of Communication Paris (France).
