Rajesh Menon

Rajesh Menon is a senior strategist and business leader with three decades of experience in professional services, covering transaction advisory, strategy, risk, and governance. He was the Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Qatar and the Head of Baker Tilly Advisory Middle East, part of a top-10 global professional services network.

Prior to that, Rajesh was a senior partner and board member of KPMG Bahrain and Qatar. Rajesh headed the Advisory business of KPMG Qatar and built KPMG’s Consulting practice in Bahrain and Qatar into one of the firm’s top-performing business units. He has advised government entities, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and private organizations on large-scale M&A transactions, strategy, governance, and business transformation.

During his tenure at KPMG, Rajesh held several key leadership roles, including Head of Financial Risk Management for the Middle East & South Asia, Head of the Infrastructure and Real Estate sector business, and Global Lead Partner for the Qatar Investment Authority and Qatar Energy. He also served as a member of the EMEA Advisory Committee and was selected for the Chairman’s Global C75 Program.

He also serves on several boards, including Mekdam Holding Group and Al Faleh Education Holding, two Qatari-listed companies, and chairs their Audit Committees. Rajesh is experienced in building high-performance businesses, covering sales and marketing, talent recruitment, growing client portfolios, creating operational infrastructure, and enhancing brand visibility.

As a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from India and executive education from INSEAD, France, Rajesh is known for his resilience, client-centric approach, and ability to grow high-performing teams.
