Hoda Gaballah
Senior Advisor Port & Maritime Expert
Hoda joined MCP in 2023 as Senior Advisor. She advises the firm in sourcing transactions, preparing offers and negotiating agreements. Hoda has more than 27 years of experience in maritime transport sector and container terminal activities, PPP, and concessions.
She is a port concession specialist with expertise in the development of new ports and she was in charge of the development of one of the largest container terminals ever built across emerging and developing markets.
Prior to joining MCP, Hoda was the Under Secretary of the Head of Central Department of Container Terminals at Alexandria Port Authority in the Ministry of Transportation (Egypt).
Hoda holds a Master’s Degree in Management of International Transportation & Logistics at Arab Academy for Science, Technology, & Maritime Transport (Egypt).
