Hoda Gaballah

Hoda joined MCP in 2023 as Senior Advisor. Hoda has more than 30 years of experience in maritime transport sector and container terminal activities, public-private partnership, and concessions.

She is a port concession specialist with expertise in the development of brownfield and greenfield ports projects and played a key role in the development of one of the largest container terminals ever built Egypt.

Prior to joining MCP, Hoda was the Under Secretary of the Head of Central Department of Container Terminals at Alexandria Port Authority in the Ministry of Transportation (Egypt).

Hoda holds a Master’s Degree in Management of International Transportation & Logistics at Arab Academy for Science, Technology, & Maritime Transport (Egypt).
