Vincenzo Roccasalvo

Vincenzo joined MCP in 2025 as Associate. He has more than 9 years of experience in infrastructure, private equity, and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to joining MCP, Vincenzo was with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Italy. He previously worked with Mutares and WeBuild Group, as a member of the financial team. He began his career as Internal Auditor at Salini Impregilo, Italy’s leading construction group.

Vincenzo holds an MBA from Bocconi University with major in Finance, and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Turin Polytechnic, with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
